Coca-Cola, Cathay Pacific, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone, and Shin Corporation have been revised from an Exit/Engage to a Monitor. These companies have taken significant positive steps in order to address situations of concern, and also taken proactive measures on company group level. We continue our dialogue with the companies to monitor progress.

6 new companies are recommended for Exit/Engage based on their involvement in situations of concern to people and the environment.

An Early Warning is issued for 13 new companies, concerning involvement in illicit payments in connection with the UN Oil-for-Food programme in Iraq, and joint ventures with Burmese state-owned enterprises black-listed by the EU Commission due to grave human rights concerns.
