Ethix welcomes your involvement in a collaborative initiative, as posted on the UNPRI engagement clearinghouse.

Many investors consider the use of cluster munitions to violate principles of international humanitarian law. A number of influential investors have also adopted investment criteria for corporate involvement in cluster munitions. Information about corporate involvement in cluster munitions is fragmentary and often contradictory. Despite disclosing information about participation in the production of cluster munitions, several companies have at the same time refuted being involved in cluster munitions.

The first step will be a joint letter to companies seeking disclosure about their involvement in cluster munitions.
