Ethix’s Advisory Council, which meets for the first time today, has the assignment of taking a position on which companies are most relevant for an investor dialogue on issues of environment, social responsibility and governance. The Advisory Council also discusses goals and strategies for dialogue with companies.

Ethix’s Advisory Council consists of professionals with solid experience from the business world and the financial sector. The Council members’ experience and their understanding of the link between corporate responsibility and profitability make them very suitable for their task. The Council members are appointed in a personal capacity and will meet four times during 2008.

Members of Ethix´s Advisory Council:

Staffan Junel is chairman of Replisaurus Technologies AB and Rolling Optics AB and has previously been CEO of Victor Hasselblad.

Ola Löhman is CEO of Frontlobe strategic advisors on CSR & SRI. Ola has spent the last 12 years in the field of CSR and SRI.

Christian Ragnartz is Chief Analyst at the Seventh Swedish National Pension Fund (AP7) and has previously been with the Swedish Central Bank.

Karin Reuterskiöld is Senior Relationship Manager for financial institutions at Danske Bank in Stockholm and has 25 years of experience from the banking sector.
