Sustainability Analysis of Nordic Companies

Responsible and sustainable investment is evolving. There is an increasing view among investors that environmental, social and governance factors can have an impact on investments. These factors should therefore be given due consideration in the investment process and company analysis.

As an advisor to institutional investors, Ethix SRI Advisors supports its clients in implementing responsible and sustainable investment strategies. For investors focusing on the Nordic region, we have developed Nordic Sustainability Stars© – an analysis which provides comparable information of Nordic companies’ governance and management of environmental and social risks and opportunities.

The analysis covers the 260 most traded companies in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. To promote transparency, the assessment is based on corporate reporting, and to also promote sustainability, we believe in highlighting good practice. Nordic Sustainability Stars© has been developed with the possibility of enabling value creation for both investors and companies.

Nordic Sustainability Stars© results in a rating for each of the companies and can be used as a basis for:
